Due to our rural location we have an extensive playing field, a newly planted orchard and our own 'farm school' initiative; and thanks to our farming neighbours and families, we have begun to weave farming knowledge into our curriculum. We regularly take the children on visits to local farms to see where milk comes from and how our crops are grown; and last Spring, we were lucky enough to watch lambs being born.
