We have a small intake of foundation stage children which means we are able to give them a brilliant start to school life. We know that this first year is crucial in helping children to settle into school life, to develop socially and emotionally and to continue their learning journey. Our provision allows for the children to interact indoors and outdoors in a child friendly environment that supports and challenges their thinking. We have a wonderful outside space where the children can develop their physical and social skills via our adventure playground, forest school area and large toys.

Each day the children will have input from the class teacher on maths and phonics with independent activities offered in the classroom. The children have access to computers to help them support their computing skills and allows them to be creative or play maths based games too.
